SHANGHAI November 29, 2005 -- Fusion Systems Shanghai Co. Ltd., (Fusion) a provider of world class systems integration consultancy and services, today announced the official launch of its business in China.

With headquarters in Shanghai, Fusion will provide national and foreign businesses in China with a range of technology solutions from large-scale project implementations to strategic consulting.

Fusion leverages extensive domain expertise in the financial services, insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing and retail industries, to develop customized technology solutions that will enable these businesses to achieve their business goals.

Leading Fusion Systems in Shanghai will be Mr. Michael Alfant as CEO. Mr. Alfant is a technology industry veteran who has held various roles within a number of well-known companies such as AT&T Bell Labs, Bankers Trust, UBS, Security Pacific, Citibank, EF Hutton, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Most recently Mr. Alfant was President and CEO at Building2 in Japan, a technology and investment company that manages a portfolio of private global companies in the broadband, wireless and 3G arenas. Prior to that, Mr. Alfant started and grew Fusion Systems Japan from a two person operation to a team of 150 people with annual revenues exceeding $25,000,000. After successfully building Fusion Systems Japan and extending it into Asia, North America and Europe he managed the acquisition of the business by IMRglobal (NASDAQ: IMRS) in March 1999.

To support the development of Fusion Systems Shanghai, Mr. Alfant has assembled a team of six partners who bring in-depth technical experience in developing and driving businesses in China and around the world. These partners have all worked with Fortune 1000 companies developing solutions for some of the world's toughest technology challenges.
